Yes. Bondi Med is an Australian-owned and managed business based in New South Wales. Our brand and packaging are developed in Australia, while our products are manufactured overseas by carefully selected manufacturing partners. We select and present our products with the needs and everyday lifestyles of Australian customers in mind, and our products are distributed from Australia with local customer support.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, as an Australian business, Bondi Med does not currently offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to review the product description, specifications and suitability carefully before placing your order. If you have a question before purchasing, please feel free to contact us, we would much rather help you choose confidently before you order.
