Shipping policy

Bondi Med ships within Australia and internationally. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on the site are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the time you pay. They are not guarantees.

You must provide a complete address that can receive the parcel. If a shipment is returned because the address was wrong, incomplete, refused or not collected, you pay the cost of resending it. Alternatively we may refund the product price less our reasonable original and return freight.

Risk in the goods passes when the carrier first attempts delivery to the address you supplied.

If we cannot dispatch an item within a reasonable time, we will tell you. You may cancel that item for a refund of the amount you paid for it.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees outside Australia are your responsibility unless checkout clearly includes them.

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photograph the box and the product. Email info@bondimed.au within 7 days of delivery. We need those photos to assess a transit claim.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
