Terms of service

These terms govern use of www.bondimed.au and purchases from Bondi Med. By placing an order you agree to them. They should be read with our Return and refund policy and Shipping policy, and with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes ACL rights that cannot be excluded.

Orders: An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse it. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount you paid for that item.

Products: Descriptions, photos and specifications are for guidance. Minor differences in colour or finish can occur. Products are designed in Australia and manufactured to the standards stated on the product page. They are consumer wellness products, not a substitute for medical advice or treatment unless we expressly say a product is a therapeutic good.

Price: Prices are in Australian dollars unless checkout shows another currency. You must pay any duties, taxes or import fees charged in your country if they are not included at checkout.

Use of the site: You may not misuse the site, scrape it, or place orders with false details. Product pages and content remain our property. You may not use our name or images except as needed to use the products you bought.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by your misuse of a product or by a delay outside our control after we have taken reasonable steps to dispatch. For goods of a kind ordinarily bought for personal or household use, this clause does not limit the ACL.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. ACL rights for Australian consumers still apply.
