Adjustable Comfort, One Pump at a Time

The three-layer inflatable construction allows the height and firmness of the support to be gradually adjusted using the included manual air pump.

Start with a low level of inflation and increase gradually until the device feels comfortably positioned around your neck. The air-release valve allows the pressure to be reduced whenever required.

How to Use

  1. Place the support comfortably around your neck.
  2. Secure the adjustable straps so the device sits comfortably in position.
  3. Use the hand pump to inflate the device gradually.
  4. Stop inflating once a comfortable level of support has been reached.
  5. Use the valve to gradually release air before removing or storing the device.
